Climb aboard the Palmetto, our 45ft catamaran versatile enough to handle the harbor’s waters smoothly. With a capacity of only 49 passengers, the cruise offers an intimate, personalized sight-seeing excursion. Get up-close views of the historic Battery, the Ravenel Bridge, forts, barrier islands, and lighthouses.

The Sunset Cruise is a relaxed, casual atmosphere with a friendly crew and good-time tunes. Our captain and mates are happy to answer questions or address personal needs so don’t hesitate to ask.

Onboard Refreshments:

  • Beer and wine plus an assortment of snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase at our cash bar

Sunset Cruise Prices

At Sandlapper Water Tours, we aim to keep our prices affordable so that our cruises are accessible to everyone. Our prices are as follows:

  • Adults are $58
  • Children aged 0-12 are $40

*All prices include tax

  • 10 Wharfside Street, Charleston, SC 29403 – Near the Charleston Maritime Center
  • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.
  • Please be courteous of other passengers and arrive on time.
  • Please check in at the blue and white ticket booth under the reservation’s last name.

She was very informative of everything from the houses, parks, landmarks, boats at the marina, people, restaurants. The cruise itself was very nice. The captain even stopped the boat when we spotted dolphins so we could watch them in the water. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.”

“I originally thought this would be a touristy type cruise but I was way wrong. It was a peaceful boat ride through the harbor hitting some landmarks and watching the sunset over Charleston. There was some background on the landmarks and the guides would answer questions but for the most part, they let you sit and enjoy the ride and scenery. I highly recommend it!”
