Delight your group with an authentic Oyster Roast, Crab Boil, or Frogmore Stew. These take place on an uninhabited island near the Morris Island Lighthouse. The festivities begin after boarding the Palmetto with a cruise through the harbor accompanied by beer/wine and light hors d'oeuvres. Your party will ultimately arrive at the barrier island where the Palmetto is beached and your guests step out onto the sand. This is where your guests indulge in a true Lowcountry experience - the Oyster Roast, Crab Boil, or Frogmore Stew. Interested in entertaining your guests even more? After this unforgettable beach experience, consider timing your party's return harbor cruise with the sun's setting. You will be sure to dazzle your guests with breathtaking views of Charleston's sunset-silhouetted steeples. Perhaps your group would prefer a day trip including a catered picnic or box lunch on an uninhabited barrier island. We have other catering options available by request. Give your group a new twist on "dining out." Have the Palmetto transport your group to and from a local restaurant. Wedding parties or groups for other special occasions are also welcome aboard. We can customize our Nature, History, or Sunset Tours to meet your group's specific needs. Educational groups can be scheduled with our naturalist and historian.
